Already a customer at a Pet Resort or Vet Clinic?
If you’re an existing customer at a Pet Resort or Vet Clinic, use the exact same contact information when creating your Yourgi account. First name, last name, email address, and phone number must match what's on file at your location. Yourgi uses this information to link your account to your existing record, which affects booking, reservation syncing, and Yourgi Rewards.

What if my information doesn't match?
If your Yourgi account was created with different information than what your resort or clinic has on file, Yourgi Support can merge your accounts and sync your rewards.
