How long does it take to become a Yourgi Pro?

Why do I need a background check?

The background check helps us maintain a trusted marketplace for Pet Parents and Pros. It must be completed before you can begin accepting bookings.

Why do I need a Stripe account?

Yourgi uses Stripe to securely process payouts. Setting up your Stripe account ensures you can receive payments for completed services.

When can I start accepting bookings?

You'll begin receiving booking requests once you have:

Can I choose my own schedule?

Yes. You control your availability and can update your calendar whenever your schedule changes.

Eligible Pros keep up to 90% of what they earn while managing their own pet care business through the Yourgi platform.

The services you can offer depend on what is available in your market. During profile setup, you'll select the services you want to provide.

Pet Parents search for Pros based on location, services offered, availability, response time, reviews, and other profile details. Keeping your profile complete and up to date helps improve your visibility.

Do I need to complete my profile?

Yes. A complete profile helps Pet Parents learn more about you and improves your chances of receiving booking requests.
