These Terms & Conditions govern promotional bonuses, referral incentives, and commission offers available to eligible Yourgi Pros. Participation in any promotion is subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below and the Yourgi Terms & Conditions.
1. $50 First Completed Booking Bonus
This offer is valid for eligible new Yourgi Pros who complete their first qualifying booking through the Yourgi platform. Eligible new Yourgi Pros will receive a one-time $50 bonus following completion and verification of their first eligible booking.
Eligible bookings do not include bookings made by Yourgi Pros for their own pets or pets of others.
Bonus payments will be issued through Stripe and deposited into the Yourgi Pro's connected account during the first week of the month following verification of the qualifying service.
Yourgi Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with promotional earnings.
2. Elite Pro Booking Bonuses: $25 Dog Walks and $50 Boarding, Daycare, and House Sitting
This offer is valid for eligible Elite Yourgi Pros ("Elite Pros") who complete qualifying bookings between September 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026 ("Promotional Period").
During the Promotional Period, eligible Elite Pros will receive the following bonuses for each qualifying completed booking:
- $25 per dog walking booking.
- $50 per boarding booking.
- $50 per daycare booking.
- $50 per house sitting booking.
Eligible bookings do not include bookings made by Elite Pros for their own pets or pets of others.
Bonus payments will be issued through Stripe and deposited into the Elite Pro's connected account during the first week of the month following verification of each qualifying service.
Elite Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with promotional earnings.
3. Elite Pro 0% Commission Referral Offer
All eligible Elite Yourgi Pros ("Elite Pros") will receive a 0% commission rate on qualifying bookings completed by clients they refer to Yourgi through their unique referral link.
The promotional commission rate applies only to eligible bookings associated with clients referred through the Elite Pro's unique referral link.
Eligible bookings do not include bookings made by Elite Pros for their own pets or pets of others.
Payments will be issued through Stripe and deposited into the Elite Pro's connected account during the first week of the month following verification of the qualifying booking.
Elite Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with their earnings.
4. Elite Pro $1,000 Sign-Up and First Booking Bonus
This offer is valid for eligible new Elite Yourgi Pros ("Elite Pros") who successfully register on the Yourgi platform and complete their first qualifying booking.
Eligible new Elite Pros will receive a total promotional bonus of $1,000, distributed as follows:
- $250 upon successful sign-up and verification of eligibility.
- $750 following completion and verification of the Elite Pro's first eligible booking.
Eligible bookings do not include bookings made by Elite Pros for their own pets or pets of others.
Bonus payments will be issued through Stripe and deposited into the Elite Pro's connected account during the first week of the month following verification of eligibility and, where applicable, booking completion.
Elite Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with promotional earnings.
5. $100 First Completed Booking With a Referred Pet Parent
All eligible Yourgi Pros will receive a $100 bonus for the first qualifying booking completed by each Pet Parent they refer to Yourgi through their unique referral link.
To qualify, the referred Pet Parent must complete an eligible booking through the Yourgi platform associated with the referring Pro's unique referral link.
Eligible bookings do not include bookings made by Yourgi Pros for their own pets or pets of others.
Bonus payments will be issued through Stripe and deposited into the Yourgi Pro's connected account during the first week of the month following verification of each qualifying booking.
Yourgi Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with promotional earnings.
6. Priority Pro $100 Last-Minute Booking Bonus
Eligible Yourgi Pros participating in the Priority Pro Program ("Priority Pros") will receive a $100 bonus for each qualifying last-minute booking they accept and complete.
To maintain eligibility for the Priority Pro Program and associated bonuses, Priority Pros must maintain an acceptance rate of at least 80%, equivalent to accepting at least four out of every five eligible booking requests.
Yourgi will periodically review acceptance rates to confirm continued eligibility.
Eligible bookings do not include bookings made by Priority Pros for their own pets or pets of others.
Bonus payments will be issued through Stripe and deposited into the Priority Pro's connected account during the first week of the month following verification of each qualifying booking.
Priority Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with promotional earnings.
7. General Promotional Terms
The following terms apply to all promotional offers outlined above unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility and Verification
All promotional offers are subject to verification of eligibility, qualifying booking completion, account good standing, and compliance with applicable Yourgi platform policies.
Non-Transferability
Promotional offers and associated bonuses are non-transferable.
Payment Processing
All promotional bonus payments will be issued through Stripe to the eligible Yourgi Pro's connected account according to the payment schedule specified for each promotion.
Tax Responsibility
Yourgi Pros are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with promotional earnings.
Modification or Termination
Yourgi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time.
Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
Yourgi reserves the right to withhold or recover promotional payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of applicable platform policies.
Legal Restrictions
All promotional offers are void where prohibited by law.
