Purchasing and viewing packages, viewing and paying invoices, and viewing report cards are not currently available in Yourgi. These features are still accessible through the classic booking interface for each pet resort, and Yourgi hopes to offer them natively in the future.
Accessing the Classic Booking Interface
To access the classic booking interface, navigate to your pet resort's Yourgi Business Profile on the web:
- Go to www.yourgi.com
- Enter your zip code in the Enter your location field located below the services
- Select Search
- Locate your pet resort and select its profile card
- Select Sign In Here in the "Prefer the classic booking website? Sign In Here" banner at the top of the page
This will take you to a separate interface with its own login. The credentials you use for Yourgi may not be the same as those for the classic interface. If you need help logging in, contact your pet resort directly.
Note: This is only available on the web - the classic booking interface is not accessible through the Yourgi mobile app.
