Steps to Leave a Review in Yourgi
- Open the Yourgi App or visit YourgiPet.com. Log in using the same account you used to book your appointment.
- Go to Your Booking History. Navigate to Bookings.
- Select a Past Appointment. From the list, choose the appointment you’d like to review.
- Leave a Review. Tap Leave a Review.
- Leave a Star Rating. Select a rating from 1 to 5 stars based on your experience.
- Write a Review (Optional). Add any comments about your visit or your pet’s care.
- Add a Tip (if available). Choose a preset amount or enter a custom tip. Confirm your selection.
- Submit Your Feedback. Tap Submit Review to complete the process.
Your feedback will then be submitted successfully. Thank you for helping support the Yourgi community! 🐾
