How Do I Access My Pet's Webcam?

If your Center offers webcam access through Yourgi, available webcams will appear on your Home page while you have an active reservation.

Some Centers may also display a See All option. Selecting this will take you to a separate page where you may be able to view additional available webcams.

I just created my Yourgi account. Why don't I see my webcam?

If you created your Yourgi account on the same day as an existing reservation, it may take some time for your reservation information to become available in Yourgi.

Depending on when you created your account, it can take up to 6 hours and, in some cases, potentially overnight for your reservation and available webcams to appear.

If your reservation is active and you still don't see your webcams after that time, please contact Yourgi Support for assistance.  Contact Support
